Tracy

Certified Life and Spiritual Couch

Tracy is a Certified Life and Spiritual Coach with over 25 years as a social worker supporting people with adverse life issues. As a result of her career experiences, she made the decision to help individuals at a different compacity and that’s through life coaching.  As a dedicated life coach, her goal is to guide and support her clients on their journey towards personal growth and fulfillment. In addition to being a life coach, she is also a Reiki Level I practitioner and Tarot card reader.  With her holistic approach, she can help clients who don’t necessarily meet the criteria for a mental health diagnosis overcome obstacles, set achievable goals, and unlock their full potential. NOTE: Tracy is NOT a mental health counselor and will not work with clients that have a diagnoseable disorder. She believes the work that you and her do together has the potential to create positive and lasting changes in your life.
